Image Guidelines
Regions’ Image Guidelines restrict the use of certain types of Images. In order to guide you in your submission of an Image,
below is a non-exhaustive list of the types of Images that Regions will not accept (unless a specific Image is found in our Image Library).
Please note that Regions reserves the right in our sole discretion to decide whether to approve or reject any Image that is submitted even if the type
of Image is not listed below.
- The name, trademark, logo, slogan, abbreviation, acronym, or other identifying marks of
any third party (including any other bank, credit union, or financial institution, or any card company);
- Copyrighted materials
or brands of any third party;
- Celebrities, actors, musicians, athletes, public figures, politicians, other famous people, or
cartoon characters;
- Political/Religious statements or symbols or any controversial subject matter;
- Advertising,
promotional material or branded products;
- Provocative, lewd, derogatory, violent, death, or any kind of sexual content;

Nude or semi-nude (including any images containing children in any form of undress);
- Images of money from any country;

Materials relating to any sports event or the Olympic Games;
- Phone numbers, URL addresses (e.g., www.123.com), email addresses,
account or PIN numbers;
- Libelous, defamatory or other content we deem offensive including socially unacceptable groups
(e.g., cults, gangs, supremacy organizations);
- Firearms, weapons, ammunition, alcohol, tobacco, or drugs;

Profanity or obscenities (including obscene gestures);
- Racial, prejudicial or discriminatory subject matter;

Socially or culturally insensitive materials;
- Images that interfere with the security features of the Card or result in rejection
or problems at point of sale;
- Content displaying illegal or antisocial behavior.
- All flags positioned as the
focal point in the photo will be denied, other than the ones in our gallery.
- Solid backgrounds are limited to the studio selection;
- Fraternity and Sorority cards are limited to the studio selection, because we share a partnership to use the logo.

MyPix option should be a headshot of the customer and limited to one person within the picture;
If the image you submit is restricted,
you will be notified by email of the Image's rejection and may submit another image.
